Yoga, The Path To Happiness

... that relate to Yoga? Well, it does very much. You see, when you truly understand what it is that we all need and ask for, to be happy, then you can make your choices in life much easier and with much more clarity. So which yoga style is good for you? It is that style of yoga that when you try it gives you an inner feeling of touching the heart. That you are finally home. (for more insight look at.

Agama yoga is, in my opinion, exactly that kind of yoga school. I have seen countless people coming to Agama yoga school confused, troubled, angry, pleading for help and after just 1 month of yoga course turning into centered and clear minded human beings. Here are some of the many forms of Pranayama a Yoga teacher should know. There are more, but this is a good foundation. It should also be noted that Yoga students are advised to seek guidance from a competent Yoga teacher.

Pranayama methods deserve much more respect and should not be taken lightly. One Pranayama session of 20 minutes, would make any Yoga beginner realize the hard work that goes into this practice. The value of Pranayama, and quality of life it can bring, cannot be overstated.
